Arnie's Restaurant at Blue Bell Country Club is seeking qualified individuals to work in an upscale hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have an exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for providing superior customer service. Applicants with experience in first-class hospitality organizations are strongly preferred.

Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive interactions with Country Club Members, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. The role requires a passion for food and service, along with the ability to create excellent experiences for members.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in all training sessions and team meetings.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships while listening and responding appropriately.
• Greet guests warmly to make them feel welcome.
• Take food and drink orders politely and efficiently, suggesting substitutions, wine pairings, or sides as needed.
• Confirm orders for your assigned section and tables.
• Replenish drinks, provide coffee and dessert service in a timely manner.
• Cater to members’ requests promptly and professionally to ensure superior customer service.
• Perform general clean-up duties, including busing plates, glassware, and silverware.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Notify management of any problems or concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of conduct and professional appearance.
• Complete a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• RAMP certified or willing to obtain certification for employment.
• Minimum of one year of à la carte serving experience, preferably in a private country club setting.
• Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations, and etiquette.
• Available to work weekends, day and evening shifts, and major holidays.
• Compliance with all laws and company policies regarding alcoholic beverage service.
• Regular and predictable attendance; punctuality in full uniform with a neat and professional appearance.
• Frequent handwashing for proper food handling.

Physical Demands

• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and more than 50 pounds with assistance.

Schedule

• Minimum of 3 shifts per week, Tuesday through Sunday.
• AM Shift: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• PM Shift: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Pay

Hourly rate starts at $18.00 per hour plus incentive pay. Pay rate is based on previous experience.
