A Facility in NM Is Searching for a Locums Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

Weatherby Healthcare is a charter member of NALTO and has been an expert in locum tenens staffing since 1995, employing nearly 600 staff to fill assignments nationwide. The position is an inpatient hospital setting with rounding of 20‑40 patients per shift, working alongside one NP per shift. Responsibilities include STEMI management, handling cath lab overflow and unassigned procedures, and the assignment is ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient rounding for 20‑40 patients per shift
• Round alongside one NP per shift
• Manage STEMI cases
• Handle cath lab overflow and perform unassigned procedures

Requirements

• Ability to provide STEMI management
• 24/7 beeper availability with a 20‑minute response time
