A Facility in New Mexico Seeks a Locums Orthopedic Surgeon

About the role

Orthopedic position treating hip, ankle, and shoulder fractures with some hand surgery, serving both pediatric and adult patient populations.

Responsibilities

• See an average of 10‑14 clinic patients per day
• Manage an average of 0‑3 inpatients per day
• Handle an average of 5‑15 surgical cases per month
• Participate in call rotation – one orthopedic on call nightly and weekends
• Provide leave coverage as needed

Pay

Negotiated compensation deposited weekly.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 8:00 am start to 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm end, with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch.
