About the role
Seeking a physician to provide outpatient adult oncology care with occasional inpatient consults.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 patients daily in an outpatient setting
- Participate in tumor boards for sarcoma, head/neck, and lung cancers
- Perform SBRT treatments for brain, lung, liver, and vertebral bodies
- Adhere to clinic hours and maintain EMR documentation using Cerner systems
Requirements
- Expertise in head/neck, lung, sarcoma, and metastatic cancers
- Experience in SBRT treatments
- Proficiency in outpatient oncology and tumor board participation
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems
Schedule
- No weekend coverage
- Approximately one day of call per week
- Participation in tumor boards
