OH Facility Is Looking for a Locum Tenens Radiation Oncologist

Schedule

• Sunday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
• 8‑hour shifts, no call

Responsibilities

• 7–10 patients per day depending on visit type
• One day per week reserved for on‑treatment visits (OTV)
• Brachytherapy: intracavitary required (e.g., Mammosite)
• External beam therapy – linear accelerator, RapidArc/VMAT, electrons
• Treatment planning – MLC beam shaping, PET/CT or MRI image fusion

Requirements

• Board certification required

Skills

• IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, and 3D CRT techniques
• Brachytherapy (intracavitary)
• External beam therapy (linear accelerator, RapidArc/VMAT, electrons)
• Treatment planning with MLC beam shaping and PET/CT or MRI image fusion

Pay

$225.00 – $300.00 per hour. Rates are all‑inclusive, combining base hourly pay with potential earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay. Actual rate depends on critical need, experience, qualifications, and other factors.
