A&F Co. Design Co-Op - Fall 2026

What Could You Be Doing?

• APPAREL DESIGN CO-OPS : Create high quality, aspirational product for each of our unique lifestyle brands. Take the product from initial concept through production.
• TECHNICAL DESIGN CO-OPS : Translate flat sketches and trim sheets into physical garments by building detailed tech packs. Lead cross-functional fit sessions and communicate with vendors and factories.

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in fashion/apparel design or relevant field

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

• A portfolio is required with application

• Strong computer skills in Illustrator/PLM preferred

• Passion for the A&F brands, the role, and an interest in specialty retail

• Solid technical skills with an impeccable taste level and eye for trend

• A strong curiosity and confidence to push boundaries and bring new ideas to the table

• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment

• Career-driven, strong work ethic and proven resiliency

• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently

• Desire to learn & hunger for more
