We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. Keep substantive info.
We need to parse the posting: It includes REPORTS TO, SUPERVISES, Responsibilities / Authorities (list of duties), Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience (list of qualifications), Tools, Direction exercised, Liaises with, Additional Guidelines (security clearance, employment eligibility), Physical demands, Work environment, Safety, Equal Employment Commitment (but that's boilerplate, remove). Also there is mention of "Must be able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance." etc. That's part of qualifications? Could be part of Requirements.
We need to decide sections: Likely we have "About the role" maybe from REPORTS TO and SUPERVISES? Could be a short paragraph. "Responsibilities" from the list. "Requirements" maybe from Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience. "Skills" maybe from abilities list. "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" only if present. The posting does not mention pay, benefits, schedule explicitly except "Ability to work shifts or overtime as required, must be flexible" and "Ability to work any shift or overtime as required by management, schedule must be flexible." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay.
We also have "Tools" maybe could be under Skills or Responsibilities? Could be a separate section but not in allowed headings. We could incorporate tools into Skills or Responsibilities. Probably better to put under Skills: list of tools.
We also have "Physical demands" and "Work environment" and "Safety". Those could be part of Requirements or maybe separate sections but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Requirements or Skills. But we need to preserve all substantive info. We can include them under Requirements as bullet points.
We must not create sections with filler text. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content.
Let's draft:

Schedule
Ability to work shifts or overtime as required; must be flexible. Ability to work any shift or overtime as required by management; schedule must be flexible.
We need to ensure no duplicate content. Some items repeated like ability to work shifts appears both in Responsibilities and Requirements and Schedule. That's okay but we might want to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay but maybe we can consolidate. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not removing info, but we could keep it once. However it's okay to have it in multiple sections as long as we don't lose info. But to reduce redundancy, we could keep it only in Schedule and maybe mention in Responsibilities briefly. But we need to preserve all info; if we remove from Responsibilities we lose that statement. So we need to keep it somewhere. We could keep it in Responsibilities and also in Schedule; duplication is fine. Check for any boilerplate we must remove: Equal Employment Commitment, contact number, etc. We removed those. Also we removed "DIRECTION EXERCISED: None LIAISES WITH: Supervisor, step-up supervisor, foreman and other tradesmen" - we could include that under About the role or Responsibilities? It's substantive. We could add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Liaises with supervisor, step-up supervisor, foreman and other tradesmen." Also "Direction exercised: None" maybe not needed. We should add that. Also "Additional Guidelines Must be able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance." we already have in Requirements. We also have "TOOLS: ..." we included under Skills. We also have "DIRECTION EXERCISED: None LIAISES WITH: Supervisor, step-up supervisor, foreman and other tradesmen" we added liaison. We also have
