A&B Senior Technician - Flow Cell Tester

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and test optical/electro-mechanical instruments
• Troubleshoot to component level, escalate issues, and complete orders on time
• Identify and resolve quality issues, recommend improvements, support root cause analysis, and contribute to lean manufacturing using DBS tools
• Report daily activities, update standard work instructions
• Demonstrate strong decision-making, teamwork, and customer focus

Requirements

• Minimum Education: associate degree
• 3+ years of hands-on experience including troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment (medical device experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in executing test procedures
• Travel Requirements: ability to travel by air up to 75% to Miami, FL facility for ongoing training and support in the first year of employment (timeline subject to change based on business needs)

Qualifications (preferred)

• Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO)
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and the basic Windows operating system

Pay

• Hourly range: $32-$38 USD
• Eligible for bonus/incentive pay
