Role Summary
A Level Technician (Mid-Level): Performs routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Often hands-on and requires a solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
A Level Technician (Senior/Lead): Acts as the lead technical expert for the shop or team. Handles the most complex diagnostics and mentors junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- B Level Technician:
- Conduct routine service inspections and light engine/system work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues using specialized tools.
- Perform repairs on transmissions, brakes, and ignition systems.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and findings.
- A Level Technician:
- Supervise and mentor "B" level technicians and trainees.
- Oversee quality control for all completed projects.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding advanced technical solutions and costs.
Qualifications
- B Level Technician:
- Typically 2–5 years of experience and relevant certifications (e.g., ASE for automotive).
- A Level Technician:
- 5+ years of experience, master-level certifications, and demonstrated leadership skills.
Role Summary
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) Engineering Role: Uses analytical and technical skills to design, develop, and implement complex engineering solutions in fields like Software (CSE), Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- B.Tech Engineer:
- Design and test prototypes for new products or systems.
- Analyze data to improve existing manufacturing or software processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all designs meet industry safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- B.Tech Engineer:
- A 4-year B.Tech degree (ideally from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent national standard like IIT).
