Role 1: Level A and Level B Technician
- Role Summary: Performs routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. This role is often hands-on and requires a solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine service inspections and light engine/system work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues using specialized tools.
- Perform repairs on transmissions, brakes, and ignition systems.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and findings.
- Qualifications: Typically 2–5 years of experience and relevant certifications (e.g., ASE for automotive).
Role 2: B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) Engineering Role
- Role Summary: Uses analytical and technical skills to design, develop, and implement complex engineering solutions in fields like Software (CSE), Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test prototypes for new products or systems.
- Analyze data to improve existing manufacturing or software processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all designs meet industry safety and regulatory standards.
- Qualifications: A 4-year B.Tech degree (ideally from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent national standard like IIT).
