About the role

Kreyco is hiring an ASL teaching instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday during standard teaching hours, and is paid based on the complexity of the teaching projects, ranging from $400 to $1,100 per week. The payment includes holidays and school breaks.

Responsibilities

• Teach ASL to 9th through 12th graders
• Utilize a comprehensive curriculum provided by Kreyco
• Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced Kreyco staff
• Participate in professional development opportunities offered by Kreyco

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Reside in the US and within commuting distance to the school
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to commute to the school location
• Pass a complete background check

Qualifications

• Passionate and dedicated to teaching ASL
• Experience in a variety of careers, but a common goal of positively impacting student learning
• Open to teaching without certification and assistance in obtaining certification

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of ASL and its applications in education
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles
