9th thru 12th Grade ASL Teacher

About the role

Kreyco is hiring an ASL teaching position for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday during standard teaching hours, and requires a bachelor's degree, authorization to work in the US, and the ability to commute to a school within the region.

Responsibilities

• Teach ASL to 9th through 12th graders
• Utilize a comprehensive curriculum provided by Kreyco
• Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced Kreyco staff
• Participate in professional development opportunities offered by Kreyco

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Reside in the US and within commutable distance to a school
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to commute to a school within the region
• Pass complete background check

Qualifications

• Qualified, passionate, and dedicated to positively impacting student learning, growth, and development
• Experience in a variety of careers, but a common goal of enhancing student outcomes
• Open to teaching without certification and assistance in obtaining certification

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of ASL and its educational applications

Pay

The payment varies and depends on the teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,100 per week. Holidays and school breaks are included in the payment structure.

Schedule

M-F, daytime teaching hours only, no night or weekend classes.
