9th grade Football Coach

The 9th grade football coaching position is responsible for working with the head varsity football coach in running the high school football program, as well as directing and coaching the 9th grade football program. This person is responsible for coaching student athletes in skill development, strategies, and techniques to prepare them for competition. The 9th grade coach sets daily practice plans and has clear goals/vision and objectives for student athletes to reach their potential. Teaching and learning is a priority, as we prepare the players for football and life skills. The position will require MSHSL certification by taking online modules on a variety of topics including the philosophy of school based sports. Salary range: $4,319- $4,406 Coaches are eligible to attend home, non-playoff sporting events at no cost.
