Football- 7/8th Grade Coach

About the role

The 7/8th Grade Football Coach will be responsible for the development of skills for students/athletes on and off the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement football programs for 7th and 8th grade students
• Work closely with other coaches and administrators to ensure a positive and competitive team environment
• Attend all games and practices to support student athletes
• Ensure compliance with all school policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching youth football
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of youth sports development

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using technology for coaching and administrative tasks

Pay

Union contract salary range based on education, experience, and qualifications: $2,629- $3,049
