9th Grade Boys - Head Basketball Coach

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for 9th grade boys
- Coach team practices and games
- Work closely with other coaches and administrators to ensure student success
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate sportsmanship and academic excellence
Requirements
- A valid coaching endorsement or coaching authorization issued by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners
- A copy of the following Iowa BOEE Coaching Certificate and Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Certificate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field
- Experience coaching high school basketball
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community members
