About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities of the Teacher include preparing and delivering lesson plans, differentiating instruction, maintaining accurate records, utilizing research-based practices, managing student behavior, creating a positive classroom environment, implementing school-wide culture expectations, communicating with families, incorporating technology, participating in non-instructional activities, and collaborating with colleagues.

About You:

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to properly manage confidential information
• Able to supervise students of various ages in different school settings
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
• Experience working within an urban environment
