988 Clinical Supervisor - All Shifts
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So we can have multiple lists.
Thus final sections:
- About the role: paragraph(s) describing role purpose and why it matters? Actually "Why This Role Matters" could be part of About the role. But we have separate "Why This Role Matters" list. Could be part of About the role or separate. But we already have About the role maybe includes the introductory paragraph and the "Why This Role Matters" bullet list.
Better: About the role: include the paragraph "Lead with Purpose..." and the "Why This Role Matters" bullet list.
Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" bullet list.
Requirements: mandatory qualifications bullet list (Master's degree, licensure, experience, AAC credential).
Skills: "Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills" plus maybe preferred experience? Those are preferred experience/skills.
Benefits: bullet list.
Pay: paragraph with salary range.
Schedule: paragraph with shift info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. There's none.

Check: Did we include location? Not required as a section; could be omitted. The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. Location is not a heading we have; we could include it in a paragraph maybe under About the role? But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add location there. However we must preserve ALL substantive information. Location is substantive. Should we include it? The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could add location to About the role paragraph. Let's add a sentence: "Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Washington State, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas)". Could be placed in About the role paragraph after the intro. Thus modify About the role paragraph to include location. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph:Lead with Purpose. Support Lives in Crisis. Every call can change a life. As a 988 Clinical Supervisor, you’ll lead and support frontline crisis responders who provide compassionate, life-saving support to individuals in their most vulnerable moments. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed (or license-eligible) mental health professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by impact, mentorship, and service. At Crisis Connections, you’ll help shape the quality of crisis care delivered across King County and Washington State—ensuring that every caller receives timely, thoughtful, and effective support. Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Washington State, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas).
Now ensure we didn't duplicate location elsewhere. Now check for any other substantive info: "Applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire." That's application instruction? Actually it's about AAC credential: "Applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential." That's part of requirement about AAC credential. We included that in requirement bullet: "Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period (Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost)". We omitted the 30 days detail. Should we include that? It's substantive. Let's add to that bullet: "Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period; applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost." Now also note "Full-Time | Day, Swing, and Graveyard Shifts" we have schedule. Check for any other: "Why You’ll Love Working at Crisis Connections" we turned into Benefits. Check for any other
