Job Summary

Aid in the supervision and administration of daily operations in the treatment and rehabilitation of families.

Mentor women in recovery using a trauma-informed approach.

Maintain a safe, quiet, and friendly environment, ensuring adherence to house rules, duties, and professional standards.

Coordinate with management and participants for record-keeping, paperwork, and communication.

Support and supervise direct reports, oversee administrative tasks, and facilitate monthly team meetings.

Provide on-call support during shifts and assist in hiring, orienting, and training new staff.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management.

COMPENSATION

$20.44 per hour starting salary based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule

2nd shift Sunday - Thursday 4p - 12a

Must be available to cover residential shifts and holidays as needed.

Qualifications - .95 Great Starts Residential Team Leader

Education / Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Training in trauma informed care and treatment interventions preferred.
  • Training in co-occurring disorders, evidence-based trauma treatment strategies, and cultural diversity preferred.

Experience

  • One-year experience serving women and children preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to build quality and caring relationships with clients.
  • Ability to maintain a trauma-informed approach when serving families.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule and multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work within a team and find solution-focused responses to programmatic challenges.
  • Ability to cover residential shifts and holiday shifts as needed.

Physical/Emotional/Social - Skills/Abilities

  • F endorsement and ability to drive for work-related duties.
  • Ability to provide coverage of residential shifts as needed.
  • Ability to work on a computer and within the electronic medical record.
