9138 - Senior Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Software Developer will lead solutions development, provide hands-on support in cybersecurity product and solution development, and assist with community of practice activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clients to lead solution development
• Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support cybersecurity product and solution development
• Develop and manage intellectual property, including products, methodologies, technologies, etc.
• Assist with “solutioning” activities such as capture management, capability advancement, and solution refinement
• Support and participate in “communities of practice” to strengthen and expand corporate capabilities in Agile and DevSecOps
• Explore new approaches and enabling technologies to drive solution innovation and improvements
• Affirm corporate solutions' relevance for current and emerging trends
• Collaborate with on-site IndraSoft teams to improve products, processes, and solutions
• Support corporate growth through activities that secure its expansion
• Maintain awareness of technological advancements and best practices in cybersecurity applications, trends, and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience developing and delivering IT solutions and products in a DoD/Intel setting
• Strong experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle JDeveloper, TOAD, Form Spider, XML, JavaScript
• Previous experience in leading development and managing large complex IT products and delivering services
• Effective customer service and management skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally internally and/or externally
• Excellent communication, business analysis, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
• Proven track record in preparing clear and concise written documentation
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary

Qualifications

• Current NACI investigation with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security + Certification
