What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across backend and frontend
• Build and integrate APIs and MCP-based systems within a high-urgency, closed-source environment
• Write clean, scalable, production-ready code with an emphasis on performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing application performance
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions alongside engineering and product teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in full-stack development with a focus on production-grade applications
• Strong experience in Python for backend development
• Strong experience in MCP and API design, development, and integration
• Strong experience building and maintaining scalable systems independently
• Strong experience with technical communication and cross-functional collaboration
