About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Manage store finances, including budgeting, cash handling, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
