911 Systems Administrator

At NCT9-1-1, we're seeking a skilled and forward-thinking 9-1-1 Systems Administrator to help manage and support the technology infrastructure that powers emergency communications across our region.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain critical server, storage, and virtual infrastructure environments.
- Support enterprise applications and systems that enable emergency communications operations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they affect users or services.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to support technology initiatives and infrastructure improvements.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience supporting enterprise servers, systems, or network infrastructure.
- Experience with server operating systems, virtualization technologies, backup and recovery solutions, and enterprise network services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, directory services, systems monitoring tools, and network technologies.
- Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Industry-recognized certifications in systems administration, networking, virtualization, storage, or related technologies are desirable.
Salary Range
$75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
