About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversees inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
- Manages customer service to provide excellent customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitors sales performance and collaborates with the store manager to develop strategies to improve sales.
- Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
