8th Grade Math Teacher

Reports To: Building Principal Compensation: Based on Master Contract first year teacher rate. Calendar: 185 day FLSA Status: Certified Exempt Duration: Full-time Responsibilities Deliver appropriate instruction for mathematics.Develop effective instructional strategies and assessments that focus on corporation expectations and state standards.Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth.There must be a commitment to being an instrumental part of an instructional team. Qualifications The preferred candidate must be licensed in math or willing to pursue an emergency permitThe preferred candidate will have experience working with middle school students.The preferred candidate will have the skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with the teachers and stakeholders.
