8th Grade Math Teacher 2026-2027

Reports to: Building Principal

Responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate instruction for mathematics.
• Develop effective instructional strategies and assessments that focus on corporation expectations and state standards.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth.
• Commit to being an instrumental part of an instructional team.

Qualifications

• The preferred candidate will have multiple teaching areas on their license.
• Must be licensed in math or willing to pursue an emergency permit.
• Experience working with middle school students is preferred.
• Skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with teachers and stakeholders.

Pay

Based on Master Contract first year teacher rate.

Schedule

185-day calendar, full-time, certified exempt position.
