About the role
The 8th Grade Assistant Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in developing and implementing volleyball programs for 8th grade students.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and running volleyball practices
- Support the head coach in game strategy and player development
- Work closely with the team to improve skills and teamwork
- Attend all school functions and events related to the volleyball program
Requirements
- A strong passion for volleyball and working with young athletes
- Experience coaching volleyball at the middle school level
- Ability to work well with students, parents, and other staff members
- Valid Indiana teaching license preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Previous experience as an assistant volleyball coach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
