Responsibilities

• Facilitate design of impactful learning strategies for Product Development talent
• Align learning and development strategies with product development business needs
• Utilize agile methodologies to meet customer learning and coaching needs
• Collaborate with business partners to develop innovative learning solutions
• Analyze large data sets to gather insights on PD talent performance and engagement
• Promote an innovative and experimental learning environment while advancing agile maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in roles like Learning Manager or Training Manager
• Experience with learning management system Cornerstone
• Knowledge of Corporate Identity Management Tool CIDM
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAM model
• Proficiency in adult learning theory and instructional design
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry training regulations and drug development processes
