About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences to customers. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining budgets, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to achieve outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop team members and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
