About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team to deliver an EPIC experience based on the brand's four pillars: Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community. Your primary focus will be on managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee all store activities to maintain assigned budget and control expenses
• Grow sales and manage inventory
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop team members and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for hair and beauty

Schedule

Our working conditions involve some physical exertion such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes; working around moving parts, carts, or machines; and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
