About the role
As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team to deliver an EPIC experience based on the brand's four pillars: Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community. Your primary focus will be on managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
- Oversee all store activities to maintain assigned budget and control expenses
- Grow sales and manage inventory
- Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop team members and customers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for hair and beauty
