About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and merchandise displays.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage store finances, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Communicate with headquarters to address operational issues and provide feedback on store performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of store operations and financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Schedule
