About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and merchandise displays.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling and reporting.
- Communicate with headquarters to address operational issues and provide feedback on store performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of store operations and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
