84C Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and design of engineered components and panels from architectural prints to produce placement layouts and engineered truss drawings.
• Schedule design work.
• Supervise and direct designers’ work to ensure accurate designs.
• Respond to common inquiries and/or resolve complaints from customers.
• Manage and resolve customer-related design issues and other miscellaneous design issues.
• Mentor designers to improve communication skills and to develop their skills to advance through the design levels.

• Design software including MiTek
• Word processing software
• Spreadsheet and internet software
• Multifamily design experience
