About the role
Lids Sports Group is the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, operating over 1,300 stores nationwide. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team to foster the passion for sporting and fashion goods, meeting customer needs while ensuring store operations are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
Manage hiring strategy, assist in onboarding, engage team members, and establish supportive relationships.
Lead training, address employee concerns, and drive team engagement.
Ensure compliance with scheduling, payroll, and operational policies, and manage store technology and equipment.
Drive product strategy, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising plans.
Produce sales results while minimizing losses, and perform independently with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
