We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must include only sections with real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, duplicate lines, application instructions, EEO, etc. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Labor Category: Software Engineer (duplicate) - Position Title: Software Engineer (duplicate) - Position Level: Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert - Salary: Up to $260,000.00 per year - Core Hours: 9am to 4pm - Location: Chantilly VA - Description: Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. The Candidate shall work closely with the Customer’s product owner and program manager to deliver user stories necessary to realize product vision. The Candidate shall coordinate with multiple entities, including mission partners, to ensure tools meet defined requirements. The Candidate shall apply DevOps principles and philosophies to continuously deliver high value enhancements to software in a service-based architecture. The Candidate shall ensure all application security vulnerabilities are addressed as appropriate by severity to maintain security accreditation. The Candidate shall maintain all source code in Customer-wide, remote Git repository. The Candidate shall design, develop or maintain SQL-based databases. - Details: repeats same info. - Mandatory Requirements: list of experience levels (Developmental (0-2 years’ experience) etc.) and then a list of demonstrated experience items. - Optional Requirements: list of demonstrated experience items. - B4Corp Company Information: description. - Compensation: details about benefits: Outstanding Salaries, Retirement (Vanguard 401k), phantom stock, Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, disability, life), Employee Referral Bonus, Paid Time Off (PTO) Seven weeks of leave per year (including ten federal holidays), Flexible work schedule with comp time (with customer approval). - Internal Tracking -SV-2295 (metadata, maybe drop). - Application instructions and EEO etc to remove. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe description of role, responsibilities). Could include the description paragraphs. - Responsibilities: could be the bullet list of duties (the Candidate shall ...). Could be separate. - Requirements: could include Mandatory Requirements (experience levels and demonstrated experience). Could also include Optional Requirements as "Preferred Qualifications" or "Skills". But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: maybe a brief overview: Position Level, Location, Clearance requirement, etc. - Responsibilities: the list of duties (the Candidate shall ...). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: Mandatory Requirements (experience levels and demonstrated experience). Could be bullet list. - Qualifications: maybe Optional Requirements? Or could be "Qualifications" for education? Not present. Could skip. - Skills: maybe list of specific technologies (Python, Anaconda, Linux Bash, API protocols, Java, Android, web tech, SSL, etc.) plus optional skills. - Benefits: the compensation/benefits section. - Pay: Salary info (Up to $260,000 per year). Could be separate Pay section. - Schedule: Core Hours: 9am to 4pm, plus maybe flexible work schedule with comp time. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have real content. We need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. Could combine some. We must not include job title heading. So no h3 for "Software Engineer". Use h3 for sections. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop internal tracking. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, internal tracking. We removed those. Check duplication: We included description in About the role and responsibilities list; that's okay. We must preserve all substantive info: Did we miss any? Let's review original. Original includes: - Labor Category: Software Engineer (duplicate) - Position Title: Software Engineer (duplicate) - Position Level: Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert - Salary: Up to $260,000.00 per year - Core Hours: 9am to 4pm - Location: Chantilly VA - Description: Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. The Candidate shall design, develop or maintain SQL-based databases. - Details: repeats same. - Mandatory Requirements: list of experience levels (Developmental (0-2 years’ experience) etc.) and then a list of demonstrated experience items. - Optional Requirements: list. - B4Corp Company Information: description about company. - Compensation: details about benefits. - Internal Tracking -SV-2295 (metadata) - we dropped. - Application instructions and EEO etc - removed. We included company info? Not yet. We omitted B4Corp Company Information. Should we include it? It's substantive info about the company. Could be placed under "About the company" but not in prescribed headings. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. There's no "About the company". We could incorporate company info into "About the role" or maybe "Benefits"? But it's not a benefit; it's company description. The instructions: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning these are examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can only use those headings. If we have company info that doesn't fit any of those, we might need to drop it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. However, we cannot invent new headings. Perhaps we can fold company info into "About the role" as a brief note about employer. Or we could put it under "Benefits"? Not appropriate. Better to include a short paragraph about the employer in "About
