About the role

This role requires an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. The position involves serving as an Agile Scrum Master in an Intelligence Community (IC) environment. Responsibilities include project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories, generating and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics to track software delivery efficiency, and facilitating team communication to identify and mitigate impediments.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development, and integration.
• Conduct verification, validation, and fielding of systems.
• Evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, supportability, and analyses for total systems.
• Perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
• Execute technical management, system integration, testing, and quality assurance.
• Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field accompanied by experience managing technical requirements in complex programs.
• Expert domain knowledge in a technical field.
• Experience negotiating complex scenarios and challenges, devising courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes.
• Experience leading critical objectives where decision-making is paramount.
• Experience supervising others.
• BS with 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.

• Full Performance: 3-5 years’ experience
• Senior: 6-10 years’ experience
• Expert: 11-15 years’ experience
• SME: 16+ years’ experience
