8104 - Store Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of store associates in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Train and develop store associates to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
