About the role
The successful candidate will lead a team of store associates in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Train and develop store associates to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of retail management experience is preferred.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
