Mercy Clinic Pittsburg (Southeastern Kansas near Joplin, MO) is seeking a full-time BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join our well-established Heart Center in Pittsburg, KS.
About Our Practice
Mercy Hospital Pittsburg is a 102-bed facility. You will join a team of 2 experienced Interventional Cardiologists, 1 PA, 1 NP, 1 Device Nurse, 4 RNs, 2 MAs, and 2 Ultrasound Techs.
- Cath Lab available
- Ability to perform EP studies
- Option for Vascular studies
- Opportunity to teach medical students
- 1:3 Call Schedule (10 days/month)
- Wound clinic with 2 Hyperbaric chambers
- Teaching Affiliation with Kansas City University with ability to have medical students in clinic (includes stipend)
- System-wide EPIC EMR
- Diversity of cases due to 30-mile radius catchment area
Compensation & Benefits
- $800K guarantee with $50,000 in recruitment incentives
- Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
- Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a not-for-profit system
- 4 weeks’ vacation plus 6 holidays (while on guarantee)
