Location

Caregivers will serve clients in Lampasas, TX and surrounding areas, including Llano, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Burnet, Kingsland, Lakeway, Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay, and nearby communities.

Schedule

• Part‑time or full‑time
• Short‑term live‑ins available (ask for info)

Pay

Base pay: $14 – $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to the client’s location
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to the client
• Prepare meals
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide transportation
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication with patient/family and other employees
• Maintain an environment that respects patient privacy and property
• Demonstrate effective time‑management skills
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to a supervisor
• Attend required in‑services for professional growth and competency
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
