80/20 Design Engineer Intern - Chesterfield, MO
About the role
Neff Power, a GCG company, is seeking a summer Mechanical Design Intern (now - Sept 1st) for their 80/20 design team. The opportunity is for current students enrolled in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering programs.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineers to assemble aluminum extrusion products
- Operate basic hand tools: wrenches, sockets, drills, etc
- Work alongside product managers to design products with AutoCAD and Solidworks
- Absorb additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering program
- Experience using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Experience using hand tools (wrenches, sockets, etc)
- Willingness to work onsite
