7th Grade Assistant Volleyball Coach

About the role

The 7th Grade Assistant Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of volleyball coaching, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing volleyball practices and games
• Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs
• Provide support to players during games and practices
• Attend all school functions related to the volleyball program

Requirements

• A strong passion for volleyball and a commitment to youth development
• Experience as a volleyball coach at the middle school level or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other staff members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR and First Aid certification

Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
