7th Grade Assistant Football Coach

About the role

Operate the assigned football program within the philosophy of the school corporation and the head coach. Provide instruction and supervision to athletes for football competition. Available to attend all functions and after school responsibilities. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the administration and varsity coach.

Reports To: Head Coach, Athletics Director

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the varsity football coach and operate the assigned program within the philosophy of the school corporation and the head coach
• Provide instruction and supervision to athletes for football competition
• Be available to attend all functions and after school responsibilities
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the administration and varsity coach

Qualifications

• Must be a good role model for high school aged student/athletes
• Experience coaching football
• Licensed educator (preferred)

Based on ECA compensation schedule
