Responsibilities
- Processes scheduled and off-cycle payrolls
- Ensures payroll accuracy and compliance
- Maintains payroll records and reports
- Assists with payroll reconciliations
- Provides exceptional customer service to employees and district departments
- May oversee or provide guidance to support staff, as assigned
- Performs related payroll, administrative, and technical duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in payroll processing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with payroll software
