About the role

We are looking for caregivers to work in Industry & Brenham and surrounding areas, providing in-home care in a healthy and happy environment, with competitive pay and immediate start.

Schedule

Part‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9 am – 1 pm.

Pay

Base pay: $15 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit (free pay cards available) with optional TapCheck early‑access.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication with patient/family and coworkers
• Maintain an environment that respects patient privacy and property
• Demonstrate effective time‑management skills
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor
• Attend required in‑services for professional growth and competency
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to reach client’s home
• Ability to provide medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, and bathing assistance
• Strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude
• Valid driver’s license
