About the role

We are looking for dedicated Caregivers in Industry, TX, and surrounding areas to work in Industry, Brenham, and nearby locations. Join a healthy and happy work environment with competitive pay and start as soon as possible.

Schedule

Part-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Pay

Base pay: $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal prep.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and other employees.
• Create an environment that respects patient privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to the supervisor.
• Attend required in-services to demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to reach the client’s home.
• Ability to provide medication reminders, meal prep, and companionship.
• Assist with bathing.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
