Compensation range: $38.00 - $41.80 per hour. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities
Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, continues to build competency in the provision of direct patient care. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.
- Full-time position available, D/E/N (Days/Evenings/Nights), 36 hours per week, weekends and holidays per unit policy
- Become part of a nursing team dedicated to the care of children with hematologic/oncologic diseases
- Lead care of the pediatric patient/family, requiring strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Attain diverse competencies and function as an important member of the pediatric interdisciplinary team
- Committed to patient and family-centered care
Pediatric and/or acute experience preferred.
