Location: DFW Airport – 7-Eleven Terminal A, D & E
Reports To: Assistant General Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and energy
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance throughout the shift
- Aid with inventory tasks, receiving shipments, and product organization
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational store environment
- Follow cash-handling and loss prevention procedures
- Support overnight operations and problem-solve in real time
What We’re Looking For
- Night owls who prefer overnight or late-night schedules
- Self-motivated individuals who work well independently and with a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume airport retail environment
- Dependable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Retail, customer service, warehouse, stocking, or overnight experience preferred
- Ability to pass required background and airport clearance requirements

Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet
- Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
