7.5 ton Driver/ Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is a leader in the laundry business and they are looking for a 7.5 Ton Driver / Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team in Basingstoke.

About the role

You will support the Sales team through the implementation of contracts on customer sites. Duties include installing lockers, providing workwear uniforms, measuring workers for the right workwear, and installing towel holders on walls. This role involves both practical work and administration, requiring strong PC skills and a customer-facing approach.

Responsibilities

• Install lockers and towel holders on customer sites
• Provide and measure workwear uniforms for workers
• Perform administrative tasks accurately
• Plan and organize daily tasks efficiently
• Drive a company van to customer sites
• Maintain excellent communication with customers in a professional manner

Requirements

• UK driving licence (7.5 ton licence essential; Driver CPC qualification may be provided if not already held)
• Experience using tools and practical, hands-on skills
• Strong PC skills for administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Physically fit, as heavy lifting is often involved

Pay

£14.55 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday (temporary-to-permanent role)
