Driver Services Coordinator

About the Role

Dash Courier & Logistics is hiring a Driver Services Coordinator to manage their independent contractor pipeline across 13+ Southeast markets. You'll be the first point of contact for new driver candidates and the person who keeps their onboarding and compliance data clean and current. If you're organized, detail-driven, and like building processes that actually work - this is your seat. You will report directly to the Operations Coordinator.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and screen IC driver candidates through iSolved ATS, Indeed, referrals, and inbound applications.
• Walk candidates through the SCI signup process - insurance, MVR, and background checks.
• Issue driver numbers, set up Mobiletek credentials, and schedule onboarding at the right Dash branch.
• Lead onboarding day: vehicle inspection, uniforms, compliance training, and system setup.
• Maintain Veroot, TSA, and STA compliance records for every contractor.
• Keep the driver recruitment tracker accurate so leadership and regional managers always know the status of the pipeline.
• Partner with regional managers across NC, SC, and GA to prioritize hiring based on market needs.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years in recruiting, onboarding, HR, dispatch, or logistics coordination.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 are a requirement.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems (iSolved ATS, Indeed, SCI, Veroot, Mobiletek, Excel, Outlook).
• Great written and verbal communication - you'll be the first impression for every new driver.
• Ability to manage 40+ candidates at once without losing track of a single one.
• TSA/STA, DOT, or medical courier experience is a plus.
