6th-8th Title 1 Math Interventionist

This is a posting for a 6th - 8th Grade Math Position with Title I for the 2026-27 school year.
The position will start as a 13.3 hour/week position, 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday), from 9:55a-4:25p until November.
The pay rate is $30-$40/hour based on experience.
In November this role will shift to full-time, 35 hours/week, 5 days/week, and the schedule will be:

Note: On Fridays, the math interventionist will oversee a shared WIN time for both Title math and Title reading students. Reading assignments for students will be provided.
This full time position is eligible for health benefits

Provide Tier II small group instruction to students who are identified as at-risk for math
Use evidence-based strategies and interventions to support student learning
Use progress monitoring to assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure students receive the support they need
Attend Title staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Minimum BS or BA in Education, Mathematics, or Related Field
Valid teaching license in good standing preferred
Training in intervention methods strongly preferred; please provide certificates
Strong communication and collaboration skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
