6PM to 6AM - Packaging Assemblers Needed!

About the role

Assemble corrugated packaging products according to customer-approved specifications and quality standards. Attention to detail, strong attendance, and the ability to stand for extended periods will be expected. On-site English × Spanish translation support is available.

Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated packaging products per customer-approved specifications and quality standards
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive hand movements consistently for 12-hour shifts
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Schedule

• Overnight shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating days (e.g., 4 days on, 3 days off)
• Must work 2 alternating weekends per month
• Must work overtime every other week (consistent opportunity for time-and-a-half pay)
• Shift lengths are 12 hours

Pay

Starting pay: $14.25 per hour. Strong performance can lead to permanent hire and a pay increase after 90 days.
