6AM to 6PM - Packaging Assemblers Needed!

About the role

Assemble corrugated packaging products according to customer-approved specifications and quality standards. Attention to detail, strong attendance, and the ability to stand for extended periods will be expected. On-site English × Spanish translation support is available.

Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated packaging products to customer-approved specifications
• Maintain strong attendance and attention to detail
• Stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive hand movements consistently for 12-hour shifts
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Available for biweekly overtime and working two weekends per month

Pay

Starting pay: $14.00 per hour. Strong performance can lead to a pay increase after 90 days.

Schedule

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Rotating days (e.g., 4 days on, 3 days off)
• Must work 2 alternating weekends per month
• Overtime every other week (consistent opportunity for time-and-a-half pay)
